The mission of the HICB is: To improve the quality of life for Hayling’s residents
Our Functions:
- To represent the Island’s interests at the Havant Community Partnership
- To bring together the Island’s interest groups for common purpose
- To monitor provision and performance of local services and facilities
- To spotlight matters causing Hayling residents concern
- To respond to planning applications affecting Hayling Island generally
- To interact with Havant Community Partnership (HCP), Havant Borough Council (HBC) and Hampshire County Council (HCC) and local agencies to achieve improvements
- To keep Hayling Islanders informed
