UNHAV is the abbreviation for UNited HAlixax Victims.

UNHAV is managed by Brian Hazlehurst and he is leading the campaign to represent the 55,000 ex Halifax Building Society members who were deprived of their demutualisation shares because the Halifax Building Society deemed them to reside in what they termed "non-permitted territories".

Other disadvantaged ex Halifax Building Society members in nursing homes were also deprived of their demutualisation shares.
